Service Overview
The Plan phase usually involves a series of discussions and workshops where all critical parameters of a project, such as commercial objectives, technical performance criteria, approval and testing requirements, are defined. The main risks to be managed and the vital performance and cost issues to be addressed are also agreed.
Feasibility focuses on eliminating technical risk and providing detailed information to fully scope, cost and implement a product’s development. We work with you to define test protocols to help you achieve and maintain regulatory approval of your product. If required, we can liaise with you and advise on adaptations to your manufacturing processes.
During Development, we provide production grade formulations and ISO13485:2003 material development, lab testing and the analysis services required to support product development. As a true co-development partner, we will work with you if required, to provide process development, production engineering and packaging support to help you achieve seamless integration of our ingredients into your manufacturing processes and effective deployment of our ingredients.
The Transfer to Manufacture phase supports the transfer of your product into volume manufacture and ensures that our ingredients are manufactured and delivered in the correct quantities, at the right time and to the highest quality.
Throughout this process you will have access to all of our technical knowledge and experience of CorGlaes® and its controlled release capabilities, acquired over 25 years of research and successful product implementations. We will help you to manage technical risk and collaborate with you to help maximise the commercial impact of your investment. |
